The house is thoughtfully built and renovated as it looks traditional but feels modern and open with lots of space and light. It offers seamless transition from indoor to outdoor having big terrace with a beautiful garden.
Well equipped and designed kitchen area, big bathroom, beautifully decorated with thoughtful artwork and great furniture throughout.
Great coffee shop and bakery nearby, also good supermarket and butcher shop. The neighborhood has a genuine, vibrant local feel.
Nina was an exceptional host. Provided everything we could need with a 6-month old baby, gave great local recommendations and made us feel at home. Definitely coming back!

Hidden gem and one of a kind property in Baleal area
Such a stunning property, with its unusually big windows it lets in so much sunlight which is hard to match in the Baleal area. The interior design is minimalist yet every piece of furniture and art is carefully curated with lots of attention for detail.
Located in a quiet street walking distance from the town with all its cafés and restaurants, Josy Lodge was perfectly located. With parking in front of the house you can get to most surf spots within a 5 minute drive.
Nina and her family was very welcoming and attentive and made sure the guests wishes were met.

An incredibly beautiful house with a garden. The window front is an absolute dream. If you need to work remotely, this place is highly recommended. Baleal is quickly reached from Ferrel and the neighborhood is charming and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. We will definitely not be here for the last time!
